The Masks Of Praja Rajyam President Chiranjeevi

If at a public meeting of the Praja Rajyam president Chiranjeevi , you encounter hundreds, if not thousands of ‘Chiranjeevis’ huddled in a particular corner, don’t be surprised. That’s how the PR is trying to draw attention to its president. In the race to be one up during campaign for the ensuing elections , they have gone in for what is considered a first in Andhra Pradesh — masks of the party president, made of soft, non-toxic latex which is the same material used to make soft toys.

Moving Pixels, an Ahmedabad-based company, has been entrusted the task of making the masks and the first batch was delivered to the party on the same day as Mr. Chiranjeevi’s public meeting in Rajahmundry, two days ago.Manish Bardia, CEO, Moving Pixels, said as far as India was concerned, Mr. Chiranjeevi was the second after Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to use the masks. As for the masks themselves, they were also the first realistic ones that did not use caricatures as the base.

“We took extensive 360 degree and grid photographs, did 360 degree profiling and took 85 measurements from different angles, after which we prepared plaster moulds. The first mould took us 15 days. The second and final one took almost a month and has been accepted in toto,” he said. Interestingly, masks of former British Prime Minister, American presidents like Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagon and more recently, those of Barack Obama have been used primarily for Halloween parties, apart from minimal use during elections.

Aamir Khan To Launch His Ghajini Character Statuettes

If you think that the "Ghajini" fever was over, think again. The producers of the movie are launching limited-edition Aamir Khan-statuettes based on his character in the film on the star’s 44th birthday March 14.The collector’s item is a detailed replica of the eight-pack abs character Sanjay Singhania from the movie and has been manufactured in China in a limited edition of only 2,000 pieces, a statement said here Friday.

Slumdog Millionaire Kids To Campaigning The Elections

The Slumdog Millionaire hysteria is far from over even weeks after the film swept the Academy awards. While Anil Kapoor and Irrfan Khan are still basking in the glory, even the slum-kids who walked the red-carpet at the Oscars can’t get over their excitement of being part of this blockbuster.

Recently, two of the slum-kids who featured in the film (Azharuddin Mohammad and Rubina Ali) were asked to make a special appearance in Vashu Bhagnani’s Kal Kissne Dekha and the kids surely couldn’t have asked for more. They played themselves in the film and shot with debutant Jackky Bhagnani for a pivotal scene in the film.

Now with elections round the corner, don’t be surprised if you see these very tiny tots riding the current wave and campaigning for a particular political party, is what this artist seems to be hinting. After all, a leading political party has already bought the rights of the popular track ’ Jai Ho ’ to use in its campaign so the day may not be far when the Slumdog kids would be seen shouting ’Jai Ho’ along with political bigwigs.

Amitabh Bachchans First Ever Devotional Song Album

Everybody knows that Big B can sing very well and this makes him a singer also, his recent singing talent was there in Bhoothnath which was released last May and that song was his 25th song in Bollywood. Adding to it he’s now gone into devotional singing for an album of the ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ being composed by Aadesh Shrivastava who calls himself the Big B’s ‘Hanuman’. The new Chalisa will have a whole lot of male playback singers contributing. But the Big B leads the pack.

Big B gives us details about the album in his blog “Aadesh Srivastava and myself as I had said earlier have put to music and sung the Hanuman Chalisa. To promote this great devotional work we needed to shoot a visual and that’s where I was in the studio. Govind Nihalani was shooting the video on a simple but elegant set at Film City. The atmosphere was calm and organized and we were done by 3 pm.”

Further he wrote that,”There was also a creative meet on the promotion and release of the audio of the Hanuman Chalisa composed by Aadesh Srivastava and sung by all the prominent singers of the industry, with my participation in it as well. Not among the prominent singer category, but as a voluntary part of this most impressive rendition. It is a unique product, again out of the stable of Aadesh, with whom I have been closely associated in films like ‘Baghbaan’ and ‘K3G’ and ‘Baabul’. Govind Nihalani, who directed me in ‘Dev’, is doing the video shoot and we shall soon be seeing it on screen and in audio stores after its formal release. It is yet another product from AB Corp.”

He also writes that he is quite interested in such divine songs,” It has always been a dream of mine to be associated with some kind of work that has elements of divinity in it. This shall be a start in small manner. Yes the donations at temples have been there and they have been doing great service to humanity. But this is a personal involvement and therefore perhaps closer to the Almighty.”After doing rap song with Adnan Sami now its time for having devotional to sing with Aadesh Srivastava which will come in the market soon.
